We are a democratic organization that seeks to do public good through public works. We seek to provide opportunities for secular volunteering, monetary donations, and charitable causes, to inform and educate our fellow citizens about humanism, and be a welcoming group that attempts to better the world.
The MHA has monthly meetings in the community room at Whole Foods on the last Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
We hope to see you at a meeting soon!
As defined by the American Humanist Association, "Humanism is a progressive philosophy of life that, without theism and other supernatural beliefs, affirms our ability and responsibility to lead ethical lives of personal fulfillment that aspire to the greater good of humanity."
